Issue encoding `@` in release tag names. #15

If you go to https://deno.land/x/markdeno it redirects to the current version as it should but doesn't encode @ in the release tag properly leading to issues when showing READMEs and file source codes.

Sorry for accidentally closing it, also I forgot to mention if u manually put in the version in the url https://deno.land/x/markdeno@markdeno@{VERSION} it works fine.
