Create performance benchmark files #4

Record and save performance benchmark files, capturing system info, and frame timing data, which can then be saved to the repo and viewed on GitHub Pages.

Probably save as .json for max portability.
Can use the serde crate to serialise data: https://crates.io/crates/serde

Going with sysinfo and os_info for now.
