PP counter curve change #5

Hi, the PP curve changed recently for ScoreSaber so I'd like to ask if you could update the PP calculation to use the new curve. Thank you!

Originally it used the new PP curve, but when over kill it seemed to use the old PP curve, so I modified it that way.
