binary delete/navigate buttons not functioning properly #139

clicking on the delete button for a binary file (master/mezz/transcript) does not navigate to the confirm delete page but reloads the current page.

similarly attempting to click on a binary edit or filename does not navigate to the binary page but reloads the current page.

I just fixed this in commit f5d9624 on the dev branch.
