Remove "thumb" attribute from File jsons #146

The "thumb" attribute in the File model is not used for anything. It should be removed from the model definition.

Fixed in ddr-defs commit 117e594 and ddr-cmdln commit 598c758 for package ddrlocal-develop~v2.8.8-2 (not yet released).
