Edits to File public/private metadata not reflected in parent entity.json #133

When the File metadata is edited to change public visibility ('public' attribute), the 'public' attribute in the parent entity.json file list should be modified as well.

To clarify, when the File is updated the file record in the parent Entity's entity.json also needs to be updated.
