Install with setup.py is deprecated #334

Getting this when running make install:

/opt/ddr-cmdln/venv/cmdln/lib/python3.9/site-packages/setuptools/_distutils/cmd.py:66: EasyInstallDeprecationWarning: easy_install command is deprecated.
