Filter on entity.language #198

We have collections that contain Japanese language material. It's possible to find them by searching for "japanese language" but we have language tags in the data so why not display them and filter on them?

For a start, display on entity-detail pages.

Work is on 316-lang-filter branches for ddr-cmdln and ddr-local.
