Separate collection pages for each partner #216

New collections page will have a list of partners with abbreviated(?) descriptions).

Each partner page will have its name, logo, description (with formatting), plus a list of that partner's collections. Ideally this list would be paginated.

Made changes on branch 216-organizations-list. Merged in to develop and pulled on ddrstage.densho.org.

A few minor change requests:

[x] Change "Organizations" to "Partners"
[x] Use existing breadcrumb template instead of full titles. E.g., Home / Partners / ddr-densho-2
[x] Paginate the Partner results page

[ ] Add partner descriptions to org repos where necesssary (@sarabeckman)
[ ] Make new partner title_short for each org in repos (@sarabeckman)
[ ] Make minor edits to Partners list page layout -- i.e., icon size, intro text (@GeoffFroh )

Changed all "Organizations" in UI to "Partners".
Paginated list of collections on Org/Partner detail page.

The code for this is ready, it's been merged in to develop.
