Titles A-Z goes blank #85

The Titles A-Z page sometimes appears blank. May be a caching issue similar to the one with the Authors' page (https://github.com/densho/encyc-front/issues/84).

These two pages don't just use a list of Pages or Authors but group them by first letter (titles a-z) or in columns (authors).

Note: This page looks fine right after clearing the cache but seems to return to this state later.

Fixed in encyc-front commit 754923d for package encycfront-develop_4.0.1~deb9_amd64.deb.
