Image uploads not published to production #29

Images are not being uploaded from encyc-psms to the production Elasticsearch

Dana reports:

I recently uploaded some primary source images for the Fort McDowell / Angel Island (detention facility) article in the primary source database. At the time, Brian asked me to upload them to the "Dummy" article he uses when there is already a published version of the main article. I uploaded them to the dummy article and they showed up fine, but then I believe Brian copied all the content in the dummy article to the existing Fort McDowell article, so naturally the images no longer worked. I changed the article title in the primary source database records, but they still were not visible. Lastly, I uploaded new versions (filename has an 'a') to the primary source database with the correct article and unpublished the old ones, but they're still not showing up: https://encyclopedia.densho.org/Fort_McDowell_/_Angel_Island_(detention_facility)/

Images have been uploaded to the DDR media server, and the page is now showing the images.

The problem is not in encyc-psms or even encyc-core--it's a server config thing. See https://github.com/denshoproject/ansible-colo/issues/63
