Remove unused ArticleSources code #9

This was a dead end. I started off thinking we would have Articles and ArticleSources, but this was a recreation of the old Mediawiki/PSMS structure within Wagtail. Instead we put media into Images, Media, and Documents, and the article-specific metadata into StreamField Blocks.

Actually the code that's there may already be doing what we need - take another look
