Add to person-detail API (e.g. https://namesstage.densho.org/names/api/1.0/persons/88922/nr007bb08)

[x] Add facility (code,pretty name) to items in far_records and wra_records list items.
[x] Add birthyear, gender, individualnum to family list items
[x] Sort family list items by birth year

Update: Ireizo-specific API task moved to https://github.com/denshoproject/namesdb-public/issues/13

Added family fields and sorted by birth_year in namesdb-editor commit eb8057f and namesdb-public commit 7389868. Will take effect next time data is published (namesdb post person from kyuzo).
