Transfer orders: group multiple lines from between the same two locations #144

Many lines are between the same two places and we don't really indicate that now. Similar to the FAR layer, we could group lines these and show the total number of people moved between the two.

IF we have a timeline later we could filter these to just the selected times and update the totals accordingly.

We could also try randomizing the curves as we do on family journeys.
