Mouse over timeout #21

I'm sure you guys know this but I don't whether you think it is important. When 
the cursor is hovering over a processor/analyzer, it gives its description, 
right. Then it disappears after a certain time-period. A lot of the times, this 
time-period is not enough to read the description completely. 

So it'd be good if this does not happen till there is a mouse movement..

if needed, i'll try to find a way to make it stay, otherwise, typing help and 
the name of the function you're after before starting aarae would give you the 
completere description.

But you see, sometimes you need to check the functions after starting aarae, 
and then nothing short of opening another instance would do.
Anyhow, i realise this might not be a priority, but would be nice to have it if 
everyone agrees..

There's a help button now next to the process, analyze, calculate and generate 
buttons to view the function's help
