Add Accept-Language header to HTTP Request #19

I am using this plugin and it is my favorite, thank you 🌟

And now, I want to get Japanese title, and add 'Accept-Language'-header for GET request. Would an environment variables option such as HUBOT_URL_TITLE_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE=ja be interesting?

If so, I can request a patch.
