Port latest DTS/drivers from kernel 5.10 to 5.15
Modify Makefile/yml files to use kernel 5.15

Thank you for the submission, the kernel patches should go directly into the fork of the 5.15 kernel.

Yes,

The ONLP code goes into dentOS and the kernel PRs directly into the kernel. This should help speed up reviews. The goal is to remove the patches of patches.

Removed patches folder. Will sent another DTS PR for dentproject/linux.
