ethX interfaces not getting renamed into swpX, gets enp1s0np28 name #188

installed todays build 2023-14 (clean install via onie) i observed on one device (full boot logs attached)

[   53.545536] mlxsw_spectrum 0000:01:00.0 enp1s0np36: renamed from eth11
[   53.576142] mlxsw_spectrum 0000:01:00.0 enp1s0np29: renamed from eth4

on another device 

[   60.848268] AC3x B2B 98DX3265 0000:01:00.0 swp42: renamed from eth41
[   60.880637] AC3x B2B 98DX3265 0000:01:00.0 swp48: renamed from eth47
[   60.913135] AC3x B2B 98DX3265 0000:01:00.0 swp41: renamed from eth40

i went back and i installed DENT2.0 EA and same problem reproduced.

installed back 3.0 todays build and problem still here.

This board is no longer supported in DENT. Thus closing this issue
