issue /lib/platform-config/current/onl/bin/onlpdump -S on most devices this command is "instant"
/lib/platform-config/current/onl/bin/onlpdump -S
but on this device

it takes 30-60 sec if not more and it prints one port at a time every few (1-3) sec
