As a reader, I want to have some clear places to navigate to under the "Read and Share" area of the homepage Navigation bar. #1043

The "Read & Share" on the navigation bar should offer the page, "Super Readers & Badges," and the content for that page can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hMlK_pyVg6Ybldab90cesT5CaS7dug0WQ3zCrrOWeTg/edit.

This "Read & Share" area should also offer the sign-in page. And last, it should offer a "Search for Stories" option which goes to the original explore page, OR simply goes down to the orange Explore Floodlight section right on the homepage.
