As a system, I want to remove the ability of readers to comment on a story #964

Should we have a Floodlight specific Facebook page where stories are shared? If commenting needs to happen/must happen, it could occur there? Or elsewhere that the story has been shared on FB? Brought up by Flor in Communications meeting on 2/16.
