As Storybuilder, I want the Help tab to be pulled out and visible for readers by default. Advanced storytellers will hide it when they need to. #975

Let's rename "help" in the Storybuilder to "Tips," and differentiate it from the assets tab with a different color, shading, highlight or length tab.

Let's rename "assets" to media, your media ... something clearer

Let's link back to the skills section in this tab ... or somewhere within Storybuilder so folks are looking at more in-depth skills. That link should open a new window so that storybuilders can navigate back and forth between the skills section and their story template easily.
