As Wil, I will take the design for the homepage we created by hand on 2/17 and create issues within GitHub/waffle to ensure that these developments are made.

Homepage updated to focus on storybuilder, spotlights, and explore … see diagram created on 2/17
Explore feature moved to homepage and focused on search of topic, location, and text fill for a specific story
Migrate “create project” and “create organization” links from Explore tab to an option in the “tag” story section of storybuilder
In the account section does “my projects” or “my organizations” show up under “my stories”?
