@mgrayinnovation needs to ask Rebecca about this and explain the technical debt created by translation, coding, and the resources to do this.

Is there another way to translate an entire website easier than translating each page via code?

@mgrayinnovation do you mean a service that makes it easier like Google translate? I don't think there is a good solution. Do we needed now that we are making floodlight more of an internal tool?

This will be in my cue to ask Rebecca about as we near P5. As we discussed on 2/17, we'll probably want to move away from translating the site if there's not an easy way to do this, but I'll want to ask Rebecca. This issue was opened to explore whether or not there is a cleaner solution. As we get to P5 we can consider this again.
