As a reader, I would like to see the table of contents tab in the lower left corner made more noticeable so that I can refer to previous pages easier. #991
We had talked about moving this to the upper right, which is what is also in the current diagram, BUT I realized this would get in the way of the writers' layout and could impose on photos and other media.
Could it remain in the lower left, more visible, for all of the pages other than the summary page? Since we have control of the layout of the summary page, it could still go in the top right, as noted in the diagram, so that folks can use it as needed. Especially important to find if people are returning to a story to find a certain section fast.
