How is this workflow going to change with WordPress?
We'll probably need to talk to TJ about what, if anything, is changing on the print side. My original intention was to have print export the Methode file as HTML and build a simple interpreter where that HTML could be pasted into a textarea, and which would then process it into whatever we want for the web and replace the contents of the textarea, which could then be pasted into NGPS -- or, now, WP.
Hi. I chatted with Dan Petty about this on the phone this morning. The calendar is made in InDesign. It is exported to Methode as a PDF and then exported (emailed) to dp sp online as both an html and jpg (for visual reference). So Methode file is never actually sent to NGPS or online...

@tjhutchinson what does the html that's sent to dp sp online look like?
Currently, designers send raw(ish) text for the daily Sports Radio/TV calendar from Methode to InDesign and then copy and paste that in an email from the night producer to copy and paste. This is cumbersome, and it usually takes 20-30 minutes to prepare each night. We'd like a way to somehow output the text from the Methode file with HTML markup to allow it to be pasted as text in our calendar document. Currently, this requires a lot of formatting.
