Given: Company is expanding another Cart When: Click on the option space and type in info on new cart Then: New cart is added to the GPS and Cart locator on App And: Notification to the user and customers of new cart location

New available carts need to be added to website location page. The Administrator clicks on the menu add cart option on the screen. GET cart data from database. Administrator adds new item and related info. New cart is POSTED and available for customers to view on web ENDPOINT.
