Vacuum starts when changing fan speed

Describe the bug

The vacuum unexpectedly starts when the fan speed is changed while docked.

Steps to reproduce

• Have eufy RoboVac G32 Pro
• Vacuum is docked
• Change fan speed via the vacuum.set_fan_speed service (ex: Turbo to Max or Max to Turbo)
• The fan speed changes correctly, but the vacuum also undocks and starts running

Expected behavior

• The fan speed changes and the vacuum remains docked
