This PR resizes the last QR code in the RESULTS.md file.

Thanks for the PR!

I'll have to reject it. The certificate was created with another tool (I use qrencode for this repo), and thus its dimensions were different from the other certificates.

I have now generated the certificate with qrencode (in 2d5498d23842396022fae8df1b37afc62361f47f) and thus this PR is not useful anymore.

Thank you anyways for taking the time to improve it :)
