ESM fire multiple instance when using ESM scheduler #260

On my Pixel phone, ESM event can fire the ESM multiple times if the event is long enough (~ 1 hour). This is because after ESM event is initiated and deleted, ESM scheduler check the calendar again, and reschedule the ESM event.
