Replace println logging by Kotlin Logging

Let me propose to use Kotlin Logging for logging, instead of println. The logging headers may sometimes be noisy, but such logging would have benefits like :

• Logs would contain date/time
• Logs would contain where it happened
• Log levels could be controlled
• Logs would have more details about Exceptions

Added some more logging about createTable -- I needed these logs to investigate my local problems.
