Improve lighting controls

The slider is designed for regular screens, something like the Inkpalm lighting control centre would be much better for e-ink:

• Clicking the sun switches the light on/off and this is visually toggled
• -/+ changes by one step
• Shows you the exact light level you're currently using

It would be a bonus to show the light level numerically in the status bar.
