Description As a parking space owner, I want to list my parking space as available for rent in the time I specify, so that I can earn money when parkers rent it in the available time.
As a parking space owner, I want to set the the price per unit time for each of my parking spaces, so that I can receive fair compensation when parkers use my parking space.

Acceptance Criteria
