Main Power Plant

Has some inherent fluctuation in power.
Is a basic component, necessary to the mech. Provides a basic rating of power.
Has a total amount of energy output for some fuel type.
Produces heat, power output can be increased at the risk of overload.(how much depends on quality)
Cannot withstand large power surges, if it sustains them unprotected it will break, perhaps violently
Primary Capacitor
Smooths power fluctuations from power plant
Stores charges so larger amounts of power than the power plant can produce can be used for short periods
Prevents overloads of the main power plant
May be replaced by a cheap “capacitor shunt” that simply acts as a fuse protecting the power plant
Central Cooling System
Has some rating for overall heat pumping ability.
Advanced cooling systems can adaptively monitor heat and adjust cooling to individual units
each unit that requires cooling can be set to receive a basic amount of cooling, in order to distribute it best
