Create component superclass

This gives all of the common attributes of all components.

Some things it'll need:

• Bus (all components must communicate and be communicated with)
• Instance.name (each instance must have a unique name)
• Mass in Kg
• Power ports (in and out)
• Attachments (for mechanical/physical connections)
• Cooling Ports (in and out)
• Emission Ports (out, in optional)
• Ammunition Ports (in if present, out optional)
• Fuel Ports (in if present, out would be emissions)

Secondary additions:

• Nice __repr__ and __str__ instances
• Per-class counters for uniquely determining names
• shop_name property
  • This is in hyphenated form, vs. caps like a class name
  • i.e. "sport-conduit" would be the shop name for the class "SportConduit"

Trying to add Interfaces, which are groups of ports of a single type.

Interfaces turned out to be too poorly defined to add in this issue. Going to think about them some more before adding them (or whether they're needed)
