SonarQube stage must wait for the quality gate to be checked #10

currently, the build does not pass the quality gate, but it is ignored and the image is pushed into the registry (and shall not).

currently working in master, however it also breaks the pipeline if the quality gate is in WARNING.

updated the stage, to check for the status and only break on ERROR quality gate. verified and working in master.
