Local Authorities cannot currently see a visual representation of timetables data from BODS

Local Authorities want to be able to see timetables plotted on a map of their local area. This should be possible by the user just running one function/method.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Users could use the timetables stop level data frame from this code repo to generate their own plots. This would require a significant degree of technical expertise in python and/or other visualisation software, and also a significant investment of time. This problem is likely to be relevant to many local authorities and beyond, so a single centralised solution would add most value.
