As a data consumer I would like easily see links to documentation for the various data standards used on BODS. E.g. UK PTI TXC for timetables, a guide for matching AVL and timetables, NeTeX for fares and any other relevant documentation.

The README doc is the best place for this, with links to the relevant pages. The documents could be held on this repo but the README is the best place to understand the wider context of the BODS Data Extractor package
