Array of Conditions, or ConditionSet?

What is the preferred approach for modelling multiple Conditions? Should they always be combined in a ConditionSet with the appropriate operator (AND, OR or XOR - though I can't think of a use case for the latter), or can they be submitted as a simple array as allowed by the model? If so, is the AND operator implied in this case?

Specifically, given a loading bay that is restricted to loading/unloading between 07:00 and 10:00 (and is unrestricted at other times), do you prefer option A, B, either or neither?

The expected approach is B - use of ConditionSet when more than one condition applies. The use of this approach explicitly specifies how conditions should be used in combination. Please see the Data Model User Guide for further information.
