I'm not sure which ROSE initiative you are referring to, so I suggest adding a link to the correct one. This PR includes my best guess.

@jfowl It's a series of conference events like this one: https://2020.icse-conferences.org/track/icse-2020-rose But it seems there is no overall website at the moment.
