As an engineer, I want to view network metrics for cc-app as a % of max capacity in order ensure available pod(s) can keep up w/ requests as traffic increases.
Context
There are already network stats visible for vro applications in the VRO on LHDI dashboard.
However, the contention classification application appears to display 0 B/s network traffic. This is likely due to the sandbox pod being displayed.
I'm not sure if changes are required to the helm chart or this work can be done in only datadog
