To ensure partner teams have been notified of the official implementation of the new workflow and develop consistency on how we communicate the launch of a new processes

[x] transition demo workflow to #benefits-vro-support channel final version before launch
[x] create 'official launch' comms to share on #benefits-vro-support channel, including documentation of simple guidelines for the workflow and integrate any comms from #3015
[x] send 'official launch comms' before end of the sprint, unless major/substantial changes need to be made based on partner team feedback
