Keep scope and timeline small (~3 weeks) based on the research we gathered in our google doc above -- it feels like the next steps are: 1) finish the product brief 2) plan the Shaping phase.

ACTIVITIES
Talk to Shannon about the 5 day window in which the RO has to begin working on the claim before the NWQ will pull it back. Shannon's idea is that we could do something in that 5 day window. (see knowledge gathering doc -- meeting notes w/ Shannon)
When we talked to Josh about this a few months ago, he sent us a few documents re: tracked items -- we should make sense of them and ask Matthew/Alejandro about what we learned. Also ping/email Josh again to ask e.g. "is there anyway we could affect this" (we now know there is the BGS API) or "is there any promise to this".
