Metrics for VRO- wrap up ticket #3190

The VRO Team has been tasked with defining success and failure metrics that will be measured, tracked, and reported to the OCTO Benefits Portfolio. The goal is to drive continuous improvement across the VRO Team through these metrics.

The team agreed that they would measure the following metrics. What is not defined is how they will measure and report them.

  1. Tracking average time to resolve an incident (mean time to resolve, MTTR)
  2. Impact to Veterans/VSRs/RVSRs based on tools built on VRO or based on VRO data
  3. Measuring time from PR merged into develop branch to prod deployment

AC:

  1. All 3 metrics are defined and consistently measured across the team
  2. There is a process and communication plan for reporting these metrics out on a regular cadence
