To align as a team on the improvements we want to launch by next sprint after testing internally and ensure we are improving our review and response time for partner team feature requests.

[ ] review definitions in the Teaming Agreement of Slack channels and determine where pull requests should be submitted
[ ] develop and prototype ideas internally and if possible, with a partner team engineer, and ensure product aligns with the appoach
[ ] validate and align with team on which ideas to implement
[ ] develop documentation and comms of new processes and update wiki feature request guidelines and any other necessary documentation, including SLAs
[ ] share comms to partner teams (determine based on content strategy fundamentals and support model)
