Create a timeline for decommissioning VRO #3687

The Enablement Team, along with partner teams (CC, EE, BIE, BIP, and LHDI), has requested a timeline of events to complete all activities related to decommissioning the VRO platform. This will allow them to plan their contributions to help VRO wind down the platform and reorganize the team effectively.

Acceptance Criteria:

Develop a timeline that clearly lists activities and projected sprints to complete each task. Ensure the timeline includes defined milestones from Mural, such as shutting down EPMerge, migrating Max CFI, migrating CC, etc. Share the timeline with the team and seek alignment.
