Investigate if VRO has access to ITF_STATUS_DT

Question: does VRO have access to the intent to file (ITF) date?

Context: for the iMVP PDF for claims for increase (CFI), the relevant health data that is displayed is determined by the ITF date or claim date. Specifically, we want to display health data from 1 year prior to the ITF date or claim date, whichever is earlier, to the date the PDF is generated.

Notes about this work:

• There is a unique ITF attribute in CorpDB similar to the date of claim attribute: ITF_STATUS_DT
• vets-api has access to CorpDB indirectly via BGS, so it might be available through that path. Yang could check.
• Alex could also check the API specs that he has access to in case that field is available via Shared Services.
• Slack thread for additional context
• If VRO doesn't have access to ITF_STATUS_DT, we could potentially display data two years from date of claim to cover potential ITFs.
