Description

Unable to establish claim: ORACLE ERROR when attempting to store PTCPNT_ADDRS for the vet ORA-02291: integrity constraint (CORPPROD.FK_PTCPNT_ADDRS_POSTAL_TYPE) violated - parent key not found

These are all military addresses.

We are going to try to establish these manually in Share and backfill the claim ID in Caseflow, and finish the rest of the process (such as creating contentions) in Caseflow.
