Good Afternoon - we received an email from St. Pete DROC stating when establishing an HLR, Caseflow provided options to select that were not on the previous rating decision. Claim ID 76778364 The only rating eligible for HLR at this time was the rating dated 10/09/2019 which ONLY denied service connection for coronary artery disease and service connection for heart attack due to 3 blockages. The rating did not mention anything about hearing loss or tinnitus; however, Caseflow provided 11 options linked to that rating. We arent' sure if this is part of the data pull from Corporate, but can you please provide some insight as to why this is happening?

User Story:
As an Intake user the ratings and non-ratings decisions displayed should be visually organized, to ensure users understand the differences between similar issues presented.

Additional Info: The screenshot that was provided to AMO shows all disabilities listed under the one rating which confuses the user base.
