To help answer #3144, we want to talk with lawyers and learn if they edit/add/delete issues when getting the worksheet from the Judge

HEARING WORKSHEET WITH ATTORNEYS

What do information do you need to work a case? How do you receive the worksheet from the Judge? What do you do when there are updates to issues? How do you make updates to issues? Please show us. Do you ever edit/add/delete an issue in VACOLS? Please show us. If so, when would you?

Where do you find info for most updated issues? What does checking the VHA box on the Hearing Worksheet indicate? Which part(s) of the issue name (Program, Issue, Levels 1-3, Description) do you use? Would you want changes to issues on the Hearing Worksheet to be reflected in VACOLS? Why? Why not?

How do you update the Notes taken from worksheet? What do you do with the worksheet after you are finished? How do you keep track of progress on your cases you've worked on?
